mission statement

Team Fearless Femmes wants to highlight how women can be leaders in STEM careers by educating and empowering young girls in our TK-12 school and our surrounding community. We want our young ladies and women in the community to be aware that their presence in the workforce is valued and that they deserve a fair wage that is appropriate for what they are doing and not simply based on their gender. We plan on researching, interviewing, and educating people about the myths, stereotypes, and the need for higher education for women and why it is important for there to be female leaders in the STEM fields and other careers as well. By providing workshops and group mentoring, we will provide a much needed awareness of fields of study that many young women usually look away from but can build upon in order to have greater personal and economic success.
